We enjoyed stunning views from our balcony, which was the perfect spot to soak in the vibrant energy of Hanoi. The breakfast selection was impressive, with both Western and Eastern options that suited our family's diverse tastes, including our grandson's eager appetite.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities available for kids.

My friends and I had an amazing stay! The rooftop bar was a highlight, especially during happy hour with stunning views. We visited the local markets and the historical museum before heading to Halong Bay for a fantastic cruise. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options, making our mornings memorable.
One downside was that the room felt a bit cramped, especially after a long day of exploring. It would have been nice to have more space to relax.

The stay was memorable, marked by the delightful breakfast options and excellent coffee that fueled our mornings. The staff went above and beyond, offering tailored advice on local attractions and ensuring our comfort throughout our visit. However, the room lacked a proper window, which made it feel a bit closed off despite the effective soundproofing providing tranquility. Additionally, while the city buzz was invigorating, it might not suit those sensitive to noise at night.
